A/C buses leave from Tagbak terminal and the link gives you times and fares. They go via Passi City

davidjo is right. Ceres buses (a/c and non-a/c) going to Roxas and Caticlan from Tagbak Terminal stops at the Passi Central Terminal. Fare from Tagbak to Passi is P63/pax.
