That's why I suggested to you the translator - if you are keen on answering the query. Just translate "barko" and you will get the picture.

The closest airport to Iligan City would be Lumbia Airport in Cagayan De Oro. I believe there are 4 flights to and from Manila on weekdays. I am not sure of the weekend schedules. For more precise rates and flight schedules I would suggest you check out the websites for Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific Airlines. From my own experience you can expect to pay about150 ( USD ) ( about 6000 Peso ) on Philippine Air and about half of that ( or less if you take advantage of some of the " Specials " they have occasionally ) for Cebu Pacific. If you are booking your flight from within The Philippines, you may wish to subscribe to the E Mail list on the Cebu Pacific website as they often have " Bargain Specials " with surprisingly low discounted rates for some of the flights from Cagayan De Oro to Manila. Cebu Pacific Airlines website >> http://www.cebupacificair.com/ Philippines Airlines website >> philippineairlines.com/home/... The day of the week and the time of day you wish to travel can often have a difference in the price you will be charged for tickets.

A note in attempting to book flights on Cebu Pacific from other countries. Cebu Pacific may or may not accept credit card purchase from foriegners in a foriegn country using a foriegn issued credit card. I was able to book Manila - CDO / Lumbia - Manila once and at a good rate. Fololowing attempts to book on Cebu Pacific from the USA with a USA issued credit card was not accepted. When my travel agent contacted Cebu Pacific he was informed that ( at that time ) they were not accepting credit cards from the USA. Further inquiries revealed that this policy is subject to change from time to time. The one time I did use Cebu Pacific, I had no problems and an enjoyable flight both ways. Since then I have used Philippine Air as there is no problem booking a flight with them for a Philippines domestic flight, purchasing the tickets here in the USA with a USA issued credit card.

The key item here is " Booking from USA ". Not only my own card but my travel agent tried it with several of his own cards, personal and business. He called Cebu and they told him at that time they are not accepting USA issued cards. I further found out that this policy changes from time to time with Cebu, and that was directly from Cebu.
