Saw both your posts. There are buses to Zillebeke but no trains. Buses leave from outside Ieper railway station and there will be one to Zillebeke around 10am. The bus service around Ieper is reliable but not frequent and from memory some are hourly but 2-hourly is perhaps more normal. Zillebeke could be walked from Ieper in 40 minutes and if you can ride a bike hire one from the railway station. Cycling is easy and safe in Belgium and you can get a useful cycling map from the tourist office in the Cloth Hall in the main square.

I presume you mean Ieper (Ypres), not Leper, and yes but it would have helped if you had said exactly where in Zillebeke you want to go.
If it's the Sanctuary Wood at Hill 62, you need bus 39 ("belbus", which means something like taxibus, in this case the one for Ieper East - you have to phone in advance to book and it will pick you up and drop you off at any named stop, such as "Hill 62"), if it's the Hooge Crater Museum, either the 39 again or the 84 (Ieper-Moeskroen: Bellewaarde stop).
