Hi guys, just wondering whether there is a place in Iceland similar to Hawaii where one can observe flowing lava without an eruption. Thanks.

There are tonnes of hardened lava fields, but lava flows like Hawaii.

Simple answer; no. My understanding is that the tectonic action / types of volcanos in Iceland is different than in the Pacific areas. Iceland has some of the most stunning landscapes I have ever seen. I've never been to Hawaii, so can't comment on it.
