We have just recieved a bill from the car rental company in Iceland (complete with blood stain on it) but we do not know if we have to pay or if we are getting money back because we do not know what "endurgreiðslur" means can some one help us with a translation? thanks

Don't know Icelandic, but on http://www.ordabok.is/english.asp it says: endurgreiðsla repayment; reimbursement; refund; rebate; restitution; endurgreiðsla frá skatti: tax refund Regards, M.
