Does anybody know if MaiLinh coaches (or similar) run between Hue and Danang? I prefer to travel on one of these larger and modern coaches because of the comfortable seats and air con. I,m aware of other alternatives but prefer a large coach. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I just checked for you - the final stop of Mai Linh buses (from Saigon) is Danang, so there is no Mai Linh buses (small or big) going to Hue. The telefone number of their office in Danang is +84 (0)511 3767399. Find another alternative.

There are a number of Open Tour bus companies doing Hue to Danang with large modern coaches. Search on the web for "Open Tour bus Vietnam" or go to the SinhTourist website.

The best is the open bus of The Sinh Tourist (used to be Sinh Cafe). Try their website www.thesinhtourist.vn They have sleeping coach that are pure comfort. Only around US$3-4. FYI the route Hue - Hoi An or Hoi An - Hue is what you need, cos Danang is a stop in between.
