Hua Hin Bazaar @ Damnoen Kasem (For Local Handicrafts) - Operating Hours?

Hi Guys! I am interested in the Hua Hin Bazaar at Damnoen Kasem Road that specialises in Local Handicrafts. But I can't find it's operating hours. Not even sure whether it is a day or a night market. I don't mean the Main Night Market, Grand Hotel Market, Cicada or Chat Chai Market, as I have enough info on these. Would anyone be able to inform me on this Bazaar's operating hours, please?
