Are there any health concerns to concider innvolving the baths?

I lived in Hot Springs for 8 years & ran into a lot of people coming in for the 'baths.' Most of them where there for the 'healing waters' because they were sick with various muscle/bone disease. I've never heard of any concerns otherwise, unless you are very week. You do have an attendant there to make sure everything is well at all times. It is an awesome experience.
