Do you know a rooftop skybar in HK that offers a fantastic view of the city??
Try Azure, at Hotel LKF, or ToTT at Causeway Bay, or Wooloo Mooloo on 34th floor of the Hennessy (prob the best but not cheap)

the red bar at the bottom of the IFC building has some view . but there is a public area near there where you can bring your own drinks

Thanks. I was at the Azure last night and the view was great but they have frosted glass at the lower half of the window, so you had to stand up to see the view.
