Thanksgiving in Hong Kong

Hi! I'll be spending 4 nights in Hong Kong starting Nov 22. Anyone on here planning to be there around the same time? I'll be traveling alone from the US and its my first trip to HK. I'll be staying at a cheap but decent (according to reviews) hotel in Tsim Sha Sui area. Goal is to explore HK in 3 days and Macau in 1 day. Btw, is 'House of Dancing Water' worth shelling US$50? There's enough ideas on things to do on these (and other) forums but some company would be great. Happy travels! ~ KJ
