Tegucigalpa to Trujillo by bus

Hi - I'm trying to figure out the bus schedule from Tegucigalpa to Trujillo. I know there's a bus that leaves at 7 am, but I'm curious about the arrival time - have to catch a 4 pm ferry in Trujillo... Has anyone taken this route?
