Well, I'll make the assumption that you are starting in the UK. The cheapest way to travel is by National Express coach (Megabus runs no coaches to Holyhead). www.nationalexpress.com From London journey time is around 7 hours, but the coach will not get you there for 11 am: you'll need to stay overnight. Single fare from London is 28.50GBP. Your only other option is the train (unless you live near enough to Holyhead to take a local bus/buses). www.nationalrail.co.uk for times and fares Gwynedd local bus routes/times here: gwynedd.gov.uk/gwy_doc.asp?d...

If you're going to Dublin/Ireland then a through fare from most major cities in UK is hardly anymore explensive than travelling just to the port of Holyhead.......book 1 ticket if that's where you're heading, either by coach or rail via the ferry/hovercraft
