Is anyone familiar with the above hotel please? We're in town for 2 nts only to see/visit 'the Strip'', Universal and WB Studios. All the hotels on the beaches seem to be very expensive. Is this an ok location?
This is an "OK" location, but not great. It is in North Hollywood, not Hollywood so you will need to either take the metro to drive to visit the "Strip". It looks like there is a metro station relatively close, but I could not tell exactly where. I am not familiar with the specific hotel. karl

Hi have stayed here twice, was our first accommodation in the states, comfortable rooms and close to universal studios ( they have a free courtesy bus also which makes it easier to get around) quite a walk from the closest metro but easy enough to get around, good pool and super friendly staff. We had booked other accommodation on our return trip to LA and cancelled to come back to this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone! We also just stayed for a few nights and got to see all the sightsa
