what section is senic and best location to drive on maholland drive

this is a very long road and was just wondering the best areas to drive at. I will be visiting hollywood, malibu, and venice, and santa monica. I have 5 days in California

    Mulholland. I'd say from the 101 to Beverly Glen. You get some great views of both sides of the ridge (LA/Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley), and Beverly Glen is a beautiful drive back down to Sunset through the Hollywood Hills.
