We were in Hoi'an about a year and a half ago. While we were there we bought several outfits for my wife and I. At the time we were in Vietnam, we were backpacking around the world and not eating too much. We were thinner there then we are now back home in Canada. I've also started bodybuilding, so I don't fit into any of my clothes that I got while in Hoi'An. Do some people call/email the tailors in Hoi'An for more clothes to be sent back to us? If so, do we just measure ourselves and send the dimensions? Thanks!
Have not tried this myself, but I'm pretty sure they can. For example, if you go to yalycouture.com, it seems as if they've provided for internet orders. A member's tip also suggests asking tailors to keep your details on record so that you can make orders via email. Good luck.
