In 1998 I had a most delightful evening at Madam Di's Restaurant in Saigon. I'm going to Saigon again and would love to revisit Madam Di's but cannot find a listing or directions or contact information. Can you help me? Madam Di was a wonderful woman who held a high position with an organization similar to the US Chamber of Commerce. Very interesting.
