Bird Flu in Mekong Delta

Just learnt from my local news on TV claiming that there's an outbreak of bird flu in mekong delta. Is the situation under control? would appreciate very much if there's any information, cos i will be coming to HCMC in 3 day's time. Thanks in advance :)
