we sleep in nara and we w'ld like visit himeji, is it à direct train or bus ?? to go to himeji and how during the way ?? (schedule) thank you

You can take the train...JR Nara Station to JR Himeji Station. It will take a little less than an hour. I don't have the train schedule but I would think about every 20 mins or so.
