Can I find a stylish but modest'mother of the bride' dress in Herzliya or Netanya?
Yes, there are a designer outlet in the Old Industrial Zone in Netanya ( I unfortunately have the exact address and phone number in my Netanya apartment and I am now in the US) If you drive there from route 57, go right into the Industrial zone, Go straight, past the traffic circle and on your left is a gas station. On the block behind is a store that in English is called "Designers Blvd" It has an entrance in the back--go upstairs and it has one room that has fancy dresses. I bought an outfit and they redid the neckline to make it beautiful--and Znius. BTW Mazel Tov
