Olympic stadium can be reached by trams 4,7,10 and 3T/3B. Observatory Hill is a few of hundred meters to south from Esplandadi park. You can for example walk along Unioninkatu to the German Church which is located on the outskirts of the Observatory park. From the church there is a couple of minutes walk to the actual hill. The actual observatory that can be visited is in the southern part of Kaivopuisto park. You can for example take a tram to the Eteläsatama. From there you can either walk along the sea or take a stroll through the park. Either way it takes ca 10 minutes to reach a tiny observatory building. If the weather is nice I recommend the former option (=nice views toward sea and Suomenlinna)

As for your previous question: basically all buses that leave from Elielinaukio (next to railwaystation)go past Olympic Stadium. If you use bus jump off at the tram hall stop (=push stop button straight after the Opera intersection).
