Who are you talking to, with regard to "your" operation? Users of this site are other VT members just like you, not commercial operations! You will need to address this question specifically to the company in question or at least mention who it is if you want to ask other members if they happen to know.

Yes, we are a group of individual travelers and not businesses. That said, Cool River Tubing starts on the weekend of May 16-17 and begins 7 day a week operation a week later.
