If it is so difficult to locate the gravesite I would contact the city's administration. Normally, the Birth, Deaths and Marriages office (Standesamt), should be able to answer your question. So I would look here first thing: heidelberg.de/servlet/PB/men... There is also an email on the website: Standesamt@Heidelberg.de
