Executive lounge T4

I have been advised the executive lounges at Terminal 4 will close on 30th June. Does anyone know why !! and if anything is replacing the current provider (serviceair) We fly out Sept 24th and had booked the lounge to start out holiday off as its our 30th wedding anniversary. Failing the lounge being available whats the best restaurant!!
