Could someone please advise me regarding the situation of the floods in Havana Cuba. I am traveling in a perty of 3 next week arriving on November 5 and want to know which casas particulares to book. We are a traveling party in out mid 20's / early 30's and love to have fun. Ideally we are looking for fairly cheap accomodation for a few nights in Habana Vieja? Is this region affected badly from the hurricane? Thanks Ed
