I am loooking at traveling from Haugesund to Bergen and then coming back to Haugesund to take a flight out. I am thinking of going up by bus or train and coming back by ferry. What do you suggest - would that be a good way to see this part of Norway? Once in Bergen, we will take the Norway in a Nutshell - am I missing anything on this short 3-4 day trip - any routing suggestions thank you
u can either take the bus/ferry to bergen or the fast boat (catamaran) this one is more expensive and have less departure than the bus i have a lots of links on transport on my haugesund padges depending how long u are staying in bergen u also have south of haugesund the pulpit rock and kjerag that are great hikes the glacier folgefonna to the east of haugesund it depends a bit on what u are looking for and what time of year u are here here is a link with picture from the area http://www.haugalandet.net/ where u also will find links to diffrent activities, sights and transport have a great time in norway
