hi, i'm planing to drive up from KL to hat yai and then to Krabi this year end. As this is my first trip up north to thailand, what are the things that i have to pay attention to and to avoid? what is the best route there? how long does it takes from the border of Malaysia to Hatyai? what are your recomendations there for food n lodging?
