Where to go in ONE WEEK

I'm thinking about crossing over to Hat Yai from Alor Setar and travelling north from there. Probably stop at Trang and Krabi. Have RM 800 (approx US200, I know, not much). Spending around a week travelling or when money runs out. Would like suggestions of must-see towns / islands (white sand, crystal clear water) and anything else interesting. THANKS!!!
