Rent an Apartment

Hi, I might be travelling this summer(july/Aug)to Haselmere with my children (aged 8 and 11). I would like to know if there are any "child friendly" apartments for rent,as most of the ones i browsed on the net says"No pets,No children,No smokers". I need either one or two bedroom fully furnished flat with a telephone line and walking distance to shops or at least have an easy access(a near by bus stop). thanx in advance marimar_72
