60-80 km Bike Trip

My friend and I are avid bikers and often do 100 km day trips (on hilly roads) on our road bikes back here in Seattle. We will be spending the day in Tallinn on Monday, September 4 (arriving by ferry from Helsinki in the morning) and we are eager to explore the city and countryside. I realize there are plenty of bike rental options. My question: Is there a bicycle route/itinerary that you recommend? I am thinking of a trip between 60 and 80 km. We definitely enjoy anything along the coastline, or any route that has inspiring views.
