Are there any ice carving ?

Hi! I'll be in Harbin towards the end of Dec e.g 28th. I'm travelling with a travel agent & and they told me that I would get the chance to admire the ice carving & its finish piece...I'm a bit worried if there's nothing to see.Can anyone share his/her experiences ? TQ so much.

    I guess no. From what I saw, it starts from Jan 5.

    I don't think the sculptures will be open to the public yet, but you might be able to peek in and see some of them. They'd have to be ready or almost-ready by then!
