Titanic Floats Away??

We were making our way out to Titanic (the floating bar) to meet a friend and when we pulled up in the taxi it looked pretty dead so we decided it must've been closed ... then in retrospect (about a minute later) we figured it probably just looked just up like a lot of late night bars in asia do and we tried to go back to check. But when we got back, it was gone! Does it float away? Are there different piers for it? Did it sink? Where'd it go? Any ideas?
