A nice walk is Danebury Fort Hill, not far from Stockbridge. Then there is the New Forest of course, and further south walks by the coast, especially west of Bournemouth. Near Winchester, there is St Catherine's Hill, or the river Itchen. You can walk for miles along the river, it's very nice (it inspired Jane Austen!)
