change location

Public transport during 24-25 Dec 2010 and what could I do?

Hi guys, I am coming to Hamburg around Christmas time for a short holiday. I was wondering if the public transports (s and u-bahn, hvv buses) will be in services during this 2 days? Otherwise I could not think of where can I go with the lack of public transport if they are closed! :( Shulei

    generally (not only for Hamburg) in Germany: 24. (Christmas Eve): if this day is a weekday from afternoon on mostly the Saturday schedule will apply night 24./25.: in the big cities with an extended night service on weekends this night will have the schedule of a Fr/Sa and Sa/Su night. 25. (Christmas Day): Sunday schedule applies
