This is a zone-to-zone local public transport ticket. You can travel on it to any train station, tram or bus stop in Halle. Travel time from the airport to the main train station is 15 minutes by train. Distance is approx. 30 kilometers. By taxi you'll need 30 minutes. You could use a taxi in Halle if your destination is not well served by public transport.
