Jordan Port/Guimaras is only 15 minutes away from Ortiz Wharf/Iloilo City. Do you intend to go directly to Guimaras from the airport? I'm not sure if there will still be boats at Ortiz Wharf leaving for Jordan Port in the evening.

The last trip is 8pm but very few. You can rent a ferry though for P500.00 per trip if ever you are not able to take the last trip. I think it's possible as long as your flight is not delayed.

From Iloilo Airport we took a van to Ortiz Port. There were many vans outside the airport waiting for passengers. We paid PHP 250 to get to the ferry port. From Ortiz Port, we took a ferry that cost PHP 30 each to Jordan Port, Guimaras. It was an hour of sea travel. From Jordan Port we rode a tricycle to get to the resort. It was a 2-hour ride on that tricycle with wind and dust making the ugliest of you. We paid the tricycle driver Php 250. More details here: moniquedejesus.com/2011/08/s...

niquedejesus, when was the last time you went to Guimaras? It WON'T take 1 hour from Ortiz Port to Jordan Port. It took us ONLY 15 minutes. Also, you don't have to take the tricycle. There are multicabs you can take. Some resorts also have their service vehicles to pick up/drop off their guests

i agree with cyndymc. The sea travel will take only 10 to 15 minutes. Yeah, there are small jeepneys waiting outside the airport that will take you to Iloilo city but since you need to catch the boat you need to take the taxi. A bit expensive but it will take you to Ortiz port the fastest.
