I'm 21 years old and have recently left uni. I spent last summer working at a hotel just outside of newquay and absolutely loved it! I made incredible friends and had so much fun. I lived in staff accomodation on the hotel grounds along with other staff members of a similar age. I'm looking for a similar experience but this summer have decided on Guernsey. Just wondering if anyone has any info or tips about hotels like this, better still, does anyone know of any vacancies?! Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Rach
Hi, I am new to Guernsey, so don't know anything like that first hand, but there are a lot of hotels here, and the unemployment rate is rather low. So I think your chances of getting a job is good. Perhaps you can write to a few hotels and see? Best of luck

Try the jobs section in www.thisisguernsey.com. All jobs are not advertised but there's quite a bit of networking among hoteliers and you may get referrals if the advertised job has been filled.
