Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

Will be ariving in Puerto Quetzal from cruise ship and wanted to know if I can get to Lake Atitlan by shuttle and how much I could expect to pay. Or roughly how much hiring a taxi and driver for the day would be as the ships excursions are very expensive for this trip. Thanks Vonysc.
