San Miguel to Dolores Hidalgo

Hello, I will be in SMDA for 2.5 days and I wanted to visit Dolores Hidalgo for one of those days....just to check out the pottery. I'm not too keen on spending25 on a taxi one way. What are some other options for getting to DH? Do 1st class busses run that route? Collectivos? Thank you in advance for any information.

    Bus service connecting Dolores Hidalgo and SMA is good, and frequent. Just go to the SMA bus station and get aboard the next bus out - probably every 20 minutes. There might be a collectivo connecting the two, I'm not sure. Ask around SMA for that information; your hotel should have the answer.
