Three Cushion Billiards

Does anyone know of a billiards hall in Guanajuato, Gto., Mexico that has one or more tables for a game called "three-cushion billiards"? The table is slightly larger than a regulation American pool table and has no pockets. Thank you.

    The game as i know it is Carom. I don't know of the bar in Mexico but have seen it in other places. Here are the rules. nmt.edu/~billiard/house_rule...
