What is the difference in cost of staying in Groenlo in hotel compared to renting a room/house?
If you are talking about a holiday house (in a resort) it's more a matter of how long you will stay. Hotels on average are not as cheap as say a holiday bungalow. But at Groenlo you might find a cheap hotel. If you are looking for the long term (a month or so), renting a room or house will be cheaper than staying at an hotel. Will you be at Groenlo for longer time for business or is it just to attend an evnt or similar? PJ

Thank you for your answer. There is a possibility that my work may be transferring to Groenlo. Not so sure of the details – the company will arrange things like places to stay. At least I hope so.

In that case I would say a rented furnished house is the general way to go. Make sure that Internet is available and inform in what way you pay for utilities (all included or ...). Any word on transportation; will you have a car? PJ
