Accommodation in Graz

Hi, We are going to Europe for 5 months and want to make our base in Austria, and make trips from there. We can't afford to stay in a hotel for 5 months, so have been trying to find furnished accommodation in Graz, or nearby, but have had no luck. There are heaps of serviced apartments in Vienna, but we want to be near Graz. We are happy to rent a house/apartment or even house sit. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
