Backpacking the teton Crest Trail - Transportation

Hello, Myself and two of my friends are intending to hike the Teton Crest Trail in August. We were hoping to park the car at the end (String Lake TH) and somehow getting a ride to the beginning (hwy 22 and Phillips Canyon Trail). Well. The question is. Is there any way that people typically do this? (public transportation/hitchhiking/etc...) Thank you
