Trenhotel from Granada to Barcelona

Hi again my most helpfull friends. I am trying to book the night train (Trenhotel) from Granada to Barcelona on the night of Sep 11th. I am seeing the following: Turista: 62.70 Cama Turista Doble Familiar: 76.30 Preferente: 83.00 Cama Turista Familiar: 90.00 this is in English version of renfe. Can someone please guide me about what these mean and which one to book if we want to sleep at night (we means me and my wife). Thanks Qamar
