Walking maps for the Alpujerras

I am heading into the Alpujerras for 5 nights and need to get some walking maps for the area between Pampaneira and Trevlez. Does anyone know if they will be readily available in most villages or just the main outlet based in Pampaneira? Any tips on hostels and routes would also be welcome. cheers
