How to transfer to Brisbane from Goldcoast airport?

Hi, Is there anyone can tell me how I can go to Brisbane from Goldcoast airport,Is there any direct bus services from the airport terminal?Actually I am going to spend one day in Goldcoast ,then going to brisbane in the evening.If anyone can suggest me how I can spend my day in Goldcoast,that will be so thankful if anyone can give me some tips to get to brisbane after my day in Goldcoast. Thank you very much. Ben
