Best mobile phone network rate

Hello everyone, what mobile network do you recommend for the cheapest "pay as you go" rate in Sweden? I will get the right sim card to my mobile after your advice. I look forward to read your recommendations. Many thanks I would like to say a special thanks to Sjalen on behalf of all of us (I think you all agree) on this Göteborg forum, who has been making great effort to inform everybody. Thank you very much! :) Sadly I'm not that good at recommending phone cards since I use a special deal with a phone company myself. There is a jungle of cards to chose from - I'll ask around if I remember.
