Are there any fairy chimney rocks really close to the Carmel Canyon Trail? If not, where are any located?
I think there will be no problem seeing these rocks nearby the trail as well as from the viewpoint nearby the car park. There is no need walking along a trail; it is free to come as close to the rocks as you want. happy travels Jaap
