I wanna go to GOA in around July second week for 2/3 day vacation.... howz the wheather during that time? is it very hot and humid and not enjoyable? is it crowded during that time? Any suggestions where to stay ?
Not only is the weather hot and humid but it is monsoon season as well. Some people might suggest that Goa will be "lush" at that time. But the rains make it difficult to get around and do anything. In addition, since it is off-season, most restaurants, bars/clubs, markets, and ALL beach shacks are closed, no watersports are operating, etc. - so not a whole lot going on. If you do decide to go at that time, take a look at What's Up Goa (http://www.whatsupgoa.com/) and you should be able to find some events at that time. Enjoy Goa!

Not really cause its the rainy season and goa get a tremendous amout of rain, During this period travelling also becomes an issue because of flooding.

Its definitely a good time to go, in India its not always raining. So if you get lucky you'll get a chance to enjoy Goa in the off season at the half the prices. GOA is all about beaches, so even if it is raining - who cares…. It still fun to be there.... FYI - Cox & Kings has some low-cost and high on value packages for GOA. The thing about going to goa in July is that it may rain most of the time. Unless you like driving around in the rain is what you want then be our guest. The best time is around after September. imho
