It would really help if we knew if you are resident in the UK or not. However, it will all depend..... Riddrie is within the Glasgow City Council boundaries, so a black cab will go on a meter charge. The taxis go on a start charge, plus a per mile charge. The start charge is somewhere in the region of £2, plus so much per mile but that will depend on traffic and whether it's day or night or what. If you are in the UK, I suggest you phone Glasgow Taxis and ask.

Rough cost £6 more or less depending on standard daytime tariff. Allow £7.

I'd allow more than £7, as you will have to go along the M8 and this is always busy..... try and avoid taking your journey between 1600-1800. I would have thought somewhere over £10 would have been a better guess.

Probably about £6.50 - £7 but a bus will take you for less than £2 - check with website for First Bus in Glasgow and you should find several buses going in that direction.
