Portuguese guy going to Glasgow

Hello. I am portuguese guy moving to Glasgow to study. I have several questions to do: 1. I have internet in my school, but I would like to know how much does it cost to put it on my room. 2. I will rent a room, possible with coleagues of the school, but what is the average price of a room? 3. I do not know if the policy of the site permit, but I would love to chat through msn with some student or not, of Glasgow, because I am shore that I have lots of questions that I am forgetting right now.
